Why RECA
Space is not a distant destination. It is already essential infrastructure.
RECA develops programs at the intersection of research, education, communications and engineering.
Our mission is to democratize access to space sciences and to create sustainable capabilities, useful to Cameroon and the continent.
Origin and vision
Louis Paul Mandack
RECA was born in Douala from a simple conviction: African talents must take a concrete place in space science and economics. The vision is moving forward in measurable steps, with academic, technical and institutional partners.
